1. Project Overview

A growing SME needed a simple, fast, and scalable billing application for managing sales, purchases, inventory, and daily business transactions. Their existing solution was slow, confusing, and had inconsistent screens, causing frequent errors by staff.

The goal was to redesign the entire billing experience with a clear structure, minimal clicks, and real-time visibility for managers.

Through interviews and workflow mapping, we identified the following issues:

  • Purchase entries were often delayed due to complex forms.
  • Inventory sync wasn’t visible in real-time.
  • Users found navigation confusing → too many menus.
